Athens
The Parthenon
Where civilization learned to build
Athens invented the idea that a building could be more than shelter — it could be a statement. The Parthenon, rising from the rocky crown of the Acropolis, wasn't just a temple to Athena. It was a declaration: that proportion matters, that symmetry speaks, that stone can embody an ideal.
We chose Athens because it represents the origin point of everything we do. The Greeks understood that beauty and function aren't opposites — they're the same discipline. The golden ratio in a Doric column is the same principle as a well-cut collar: precision in service of something greater than the sum of its parts.
The Caryatids of the Erechtheion — six maidens carved in marble, bearing the weight of a temple on their heads with effortless grace — are perhaps the most perfect metaphor for quiet luxury ever created. Strength that looks like ease. Structure that looks like beauty.
Our Athens drop is the only one printed in terracotta rather than golden ochre — a nod to the red-figure pottery that defined Athenian art. The Parthenon, olive branches, and Greek key motifs intertwine across each garment in warm terracotta on cream, creating something that feels ancient and immediate at once.
