Getting your order to you

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply for international orders. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Not the right fit?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We want you to try it on — just don't wear it out.

To start a return, email us at casavalentib@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you a return label and instructions. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping is free within Israel. For international returns, the customer covers the return shipping cost.

Need a different size?

We're happy to exchange for a different size, subject to availability. The fastest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size. This ensures you get the size you want before it sells out.

Damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the issue. We'll handle every flaw seriously.

Please note: linen is a natural fabric with inherent variations in texture, slub, and weave. These are characteristics of the material, not defects, and are part of what makes each piece unique.

Caring for your linen

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Iron on low heat while slightly damp for the crispest finish — or embrace the natural linen wrinkle, which is part of the fabric's character. Do not bleach. Our pre-washed linen will only get softer and more beautiful with every wash.
